About Us
Foreign Language and Cultural Services is an educational center that seeks to offer affordable, interactive courses both online and in-person to adult learners of foreign languages in order to enhance their cross-cultural competence and adaptability.
At FLACS language is our passion. FLACS is committed to providing high-quality instruction through innovative approaches and techniques. FLACS personnel comprises highly skilled individuals with decades of experience teaching language to professionals in various fields, including foreign affairs, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, the military, and private citizens who are language enthusiasts in the United States and other global locations.

Additionally, we have made a concerted effort to recruit experienced facilitators and mediators, including multilingual individuals, to facilitate challenging conversations and mediate conflicts between clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

FLACS was founded by enthusiastic language teachers who love their work and want to help others acquire language skills. Our company draws its major strength from its experienced staff and their commitment to accompany their clients through interactive, innovative methods in their cross-cultural journey through a quick mastery of a new language.
